We spent a day at Eagle Island with family swimming and picnicking. It was hard to day a day off the work around here getting the house ready for moving, but glad we did.
Other June Happenings
The girls and I made a batch of homemade laundry soap. It's so much cheaper, but I do miss the smell of store laundry soap. I made this wood box for jars which the girls have kept full of flowers from around the yard and I put together daisy center pieces for my friend's daughter's high school graduation.
