December was full of fun Christmas activities
Making gingerbread houses
The girls made gingerbread men at Grammy's house while I went Christmas shopping
Christmas baking- making Oreo truffles
Making Christmas sugar cookies for Santa
and our little nativity ornaments we made
and sledding behind Bompi's 4-wheeler followed by hot tubbing :)
All the girls loved it for quite awhile, but Alyse was the last girl standing. She's definitely an adventurous one!
Unpictured but more importantly, we filled December with lots of Christmas reading, music, and acting out the nativity (at least 4 times so each girl could have a turn being Mary). At the Whitaker monthly Family Home Evening, Alyse and Lexi helped me give a special lesson filled with violin music.
