Lexi chose to go to Cheyene Zoo on her day
This would be Scott holding his mother with a cracker on Noni's arm so that long giraffe tounge would lick it, what a son!
(you may not want to go with Scott to the zoo :)
The girls got to pet a baby wallaby
Feeding the birds
as soon as we came in a bird landed on Layla's head, it left before we got a picture, but then the birds didn't want to eat... after patience we found a few that would take a few pecks
and one landed on Alyse's head
we watched them feed the tigers and they did some tricks for us
The bear got Layla and Lexi
The girls got to help the zoo keepers put fruit on skewers and then hang them inside the bat cages

(everyone but Layla and I that is, while waiting a chipmonk hopped in my lap and scared me, I didn't see it coming :)
Then we a had a picnic back at our favorite spot and played in the stream again, back at home we had a BBQ and a birthday party
It's been 6 wonderful years Lexi Lynn!

Your blog is awesome. I can't believe how you find the time to do this. Is it just me that thinks Lexi looks a lot like Rachel?
Thanks! Definately not just you- I have said Lexi looks like Rachel since sbe was about 3 (and that she had Rachel's personality too!)
