Day 2 started with Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake City. We love going to zoos all over the country but hadn't been to Salt Lake's zoo yet. It was a nice smaller zoo.

The polar bear was definitely Audrey's favorite because she sleeps with a stuffed polar bear. He was active walking around and swimming for us. The baby orangutan was pretty fun to watch too.
After at a park by U of U we went to the Planetarium down town Salt Lake. I didn't take the stroller in and so I didn't want to pack around the camera. We just played and enjoyed and the kids didn't even have to stop for pictures :) weird for a camera bug!
Our last day we headed for Union Station in Ogden which has 4 small museums inside: Cowboy & Indian, Guns, Trains, and Cars.
*bottom right: the kids learn what a phone booth is.... since they are extinct they had no idea what one was
After that, we ate a chilly picnic lunch while we decided what to do next. As it was too chilly to be outside, the kids voted for heading home the longer way, back through Richmond, their new favorite place, to stop at the Fat Boy Factory again! We each ate one but brought 2 boxes home in the cooler to the freezer :) Cache County was still the most beautiful place on the way home! When we got home we looked at houses there, just for fun.... we are here for at least another year and maybe forever even if our Mountains aren't as big :)
