March 2016- Easter and March Wrap Up

This year, we wrote to the Easter Bunny and asked him to visit our home a day early, so that Easter Sunday kept the focus on the Savior.

Saturday morning the kids found a giant family basket again this year and eggs hidden around the house, like this poor egg in the blender.

In the evening, the girls and I went to the General Women's Meeting at Stake Center and afterwards they had a cute photo booth and cheesecake.  Loved the messages on service!

Then we headed home to dye 7 dozen Easter egg!

 My spring mantel shelf
Audrey had quite the bubble bath!  Jets really make the bubbles... I guess I added too much soap this time!  Audrey is standing up in the photo on the left!

Landon couldn't resist that many bubbles and got in too :)
Other March happenings....  Scott applied for graduate school.  We've been counting down the days till graduation (25 more!) in May and excitedly looking forward to better paychecks in September after his internship, but.....  we decided we could do 1 more year of school, cram in a master's degree (he'd be the first one at ISU to do this program in 1 school year instead of 2!) and be completely done with school next summer.  Scott said good bye to his bookstore job when he got a new job in March working for his department director doing administrative stuff like helping to get the department ready for accreditation this year and helping in the lab.  It's better pay and more hours, which makes it intense for the rest of the school year.
