spring break/new house pictures

The day before spring break the Weiser River flooded, we took a drive to see the more of the flooding and stopped to pet the pet zebra.

Spring break was filled with family time, I don't think the girls had a moment without playing with cousins!  I hardly had any pictures of spring break, so most of my house pictures were "borrowed" from my Stacy's blog (thank you!).

The girls and I had my family over for a day to see our new house.

my 72-year-old mom pushing Layla around in a box!

 from the front
checking out the pool- or at least the cover full of yucky water (can't wait to see it clean!)

my niece Alshey with the cat the came with the house
we named him mouser, since he catches mice and leaves them chewed up on the deck (gag!)
 the backyard

girl talk in the kitchen while the kids had a blast playing in an empty house all day (and not even a toy to pick up!)
it was a very fun day with family and it actually felt like we lived in Idaho instead of on vacation here- we still don't actually live in our house because we have yet to have hot water.  Scott will be here on Friday with our stuff, being here as a family and unpacking will make it feel real!

Spring break ended with a quick visit from Scott for Ana and Isaac's baptisms.  The girls had no idea daddy was coming.  We got back from the airport at 1:30 a.m. so the girls had a special suprise Saturday morning!  Sunday I took him back to the airport :(   It was a great spring break!
