The day before the actual graduation ceremony, all departments in the Health Sciences had a luncheon and celebration. Scott had to swing into the lab to pick up the graduation gifts from his department so we got to see the lab that Scott works in. (It was pouring rain as Scott shirt shows.)

Walking through the arch. Since it was pouring rain the march through the arch up on the hill was moved inside.

We enjoyed a nice luncheon, meeting Scott's classmates, then listen to speakers and watched as all graduates received handshakes and gifts from their department. Audrey was playing with the glass marble bead things that were part of the center pieces. She dropped some and when I reached down to pick them up, I dropped one into Scott's shoe, just entertaining us while we waited. Audrey saw me, thought that was a great idea and continued to stuff them all into Scott's shoe just as his group was called up. So he got to walk it all with a shoe full of the glass marble bead things. I didn't realize it until he came back to his seat, took of his shoe, and dumped them all out :)
Scott's mom arrived in the evening and we went to Alyse, Lexi, and Alaina's music recital. They performed fabulously!
